Grain & Grains S.A.C.

Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms govern the use of grainngrains.org and purchases in its store, operated by Grain & Grains S.A.C. (RUC 20616226488). By placing an order you accept these conditions and our privacy policy. The Spanish version prevails.

1. Products and prices

We sell specialty coffee in 250 g and 1 kg bags, as whole bean or ground (coarse, medium or fine), and bundles of several coffees.

Prices are in Peruvian soles (S/) and include applicable taxes. The price charged is the one shown in the order summary at the time of payment.

Photos are for reference. Availability may change; if a product runs out after your purchase, we will offer an exchange or a refund.

2. How to place an order

Add products to the cart, fill in your contact, delivery and invoice details, choose a payment method and confirm. We will email you the details and the order number.

The contract is formed when the payment is approved. We may reject or cancel orders with false data, signs of fraud or obvious pricing errors, refunding the full amount paid.

3. Payments

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club) and Yape, processed by Mercado Pago. Card payments are charged in a single installment.

Your bank may ask for an additional verification (3D Secure). Yape has per-transaction limits that depend on your app.

If a payment is under review, we will email you when it is approved or rejected.

4. Shipping

We deliver to homes throughout Peru. There is no in-store pickup.

  • Lima and Callao: S/ 10, 1 to 3 business days.
  • Provinces: S/ 20, 3 to 7 business days.
  • Free shipping on orders from S/ 150 (after discounts).

Delivery times start once payment is confirmed and are estimates. We will contact you by phone to arrange delivery; if nobody is available, we will arrange another attempt.

5. Receipts and invoices

We issue an electronic receipt (boleta) or invoice (factura) as you choose at checkout. An invoice requires a valid RUC and company name; the document type cannot be changed once issued.

6. Coupons and promotions

Each coupon has its own conditions (validity, minimum purchase, products, usage limits, among others), which are checked at payment.

One coupon can be used per order. Automatic promotions may be combined when stated; otherwise, the one that benefits you most is applied.

Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable when personal, and may end early if their uses or budget run out.

7. Exchanges, returns and refunds

Coffee is a food product, so we do not accept returns of opened bags because of a change of mind.

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, write to us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send the right product or refund your money.

Refunds are made to the same payment method. The time it takes to show depends on your bank or Yape.

8. Questions and complaints

Write to tradingna@grainngrains.org or call +51 927 645 665. We answer complaints within the deadlines set by Peru's Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571).

9. Intellectual property

The Grain & Grains brand, texts, photos, designs and other website content belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used without our authorization.

10. Use of the website

We aim to keep the website running without interruptions and the information accurate, but there may be errors or maintenance pauses. We never ask for card details outside Mercado Pago's secure fields.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent authorities of Lima, without prejudice to your consumer rights before INDECOPI.

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies.
